Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing high-quality advice.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and training.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and professional standards.
- Reviewing work completed by other members of the team for accuracy and quality.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
