Financial Controller - Construction

This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller (Construction), ideally with a good understanding of COINS construction software, to join one of the UK’s leading, specialist companies in its sector. The Financial Controller (Construction) will be joining an excellent, well-established Construction Company that operates throughout the UK.

The company works in many specialist sectors such as Nuclear, Energy from Waste, pharmaceutical, stadia and Defence, whereby providing a challenging and rewarding working environment.

Reporting to the FD, tasks within the role will include:

• Producing accounts to trial balance
• Overseeing Accounts Payable
• Liaising with the Commercial Department, including surveyors
• Weekly payroll and costing labour to jobs
• VAT returns
• Nominal Ledger Reconciliation

Location: Glasgow, Scotland
