The role requires ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA qualification along with extensive experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts, managing year-end reporting, and developing the finance team.

Meraki Accountancy & Finance's market leading client are looking to add a Financial Controller to the current team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading firm going through a sustained period of growth. This is a key role within the firm and the successful candidate will work closely alongside the senior management time and drive forward innovation and process improvements. Key duties of the role include:

Preparation and production of monthly & quarterly management accounts to challenging deadlines.
Work closely alongside the Finance Director in production of the annual budget and forecasting process.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Management of the year end reporting requirements and working closely with external audit.
Management and development of the finance team.
Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders and ensuring they have an in depth understanding of their budget.
Identify and implement process improvements.

Experience required:

ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
Extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Experience of leading and developing a finance team.
