Meraki Accountancy & Finance's market leading client are looking to add a Financial Controller to the current team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading firm going through a sustained period of growth. This is a key role within the firm and the successful candidate will work closely alongside the senior management time and drive forward innovation and process improvements.   Key duties of the role include: 
  • Preparation and production of monthly & quarterly management accounts to challenging deadlines. 
  • Work closely alongside the Finance Director in production of the annual budget and forecasting process. 
  • Balance sheet reconciliations. 
  • Management of the year end reporting requirements and working closely with external audit. 
  • Management and development of the finance team. 
  • Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders and ensuring they have an in depth understanding of their budget. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements. 
Experience required:
  • ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified. 
  • Extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements. 
  • Experience of leading and developing a finance team.
