Your new companyThis Scottish management company are looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant to support with their intercompany accounting requirements. The organisation have seen sustained growth in recent years and are looking to bring in a Newly Qualified CA / ACCA to support their £400m+ business. Your new roleReporting into the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for various duties which include, but are not limited to; consolidating month-end, monthly & quarterly banking, preparing annual consolidation for external audit, supporting with corporation tax and VAT. You will also assist FP&A with month end and support with external stakeholder management.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be considered for the role, you will be a qualified CA / ACCA / CIMA or be an exam finalist. You will have experience of group audit processes and have excellent written & verbal communication skills. You will come from a reputable CA firm or large commercial finance team and have a track record of delivering to fixed deadlines. You will be a forward thinker with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.What you'll get in returnThe role offers flexible starting & finishing times as well as hybrid working (2 days in office). As well as this, you will be eligible for a bonus of up to 10% and have a competitive annual leave and pension contribution.
