Description

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organisation.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/MD and members of the executive management team.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
  • Provide insights on the financial implications of business activities.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis department.
  • Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions.
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place.
  • Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Line manage small finance functions

Profile

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:

  • Professional accountancy qualification is essential, eg CIMA, ACCA, ICAS etc
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent regulations.
  • Ability to strategise and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
