The Role
The role offers clear opportunities for advancement and the level of technical work and collaboration across the firm will provide a varied and challenging development path.The main duties of the role as Personal Tax Director include:
- Working with tax partners to build an exceptional personal tax team as part of the firm's strategic growth plan
- Lead the delivery of complex personal tax advisory services as a member of a multi-disciplinary advisory group
- Proactive identification and engagement in opportunities to deliver value
- Coaching and developing others
- Active member of the firm's Strategic Leadership Group
