Join a respected, customerfocused property and factoring company that is expanding its team. My client is looking for a Client Billing Assistant to support their operations in a collaborative and dynamic environment. The role objective is to prepare and analyse client billing charges accurately, adhering to our quarterly and annual billing schedules.
Mon - Fri / 09:00 - 17:00 / 40 hour contract with 30 min paid break.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review client charges, ensuring accuracy for all budgets and billing categories
* Submit charges to Property Managers for approval and manage any billing queries
* Issue invoices to clients and assist in budget preparation and reconciliation
* Generate spend reports and assist with managing utilities and insurance
* Maintain contractor records and ensure insurance documentation is current
* Provide cover for Purchase Ledger and Credit Control as needed
Key Skills:
* Strong Excel Skills. Essential for data manipulation, accurate billing, and detailed reporting
* Strong communication skills to liaise with Property Managers, contractors, and utility providers
* Ability to work independently and adhere to billing timetables
* Analytical mindset to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy
* Experience in RPM/CPL and familiarity with the factoring industry is beneficial
This role is perfect for an organised, detail oriented individual with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
