Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced professional to join a leading investment bank in Glasgow.   The existing team support a large scheme with over 200,00 members, covering both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic pension governance, investment oversight, and delivery of key initiatives.  Key Responsibilities will include;
  • Provide governance support to the Trustee Board Investment Committee (IC) and Defined Contribution Committee (DCC), including drafting agendas, papers, and managing projects.
  • Oversee the funding and investment strategies, ensuring compliance with governance documents, policies, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal investment teams and external advisors to deliver timely, high-quality insights and reporting.
  • Monitor investment manager performance and compliance across DB and DC schemes.
  • Support on regular Trustee reporting, strategic projects, and regulatory disclosures
