About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide essential administrative support across the Disease Team.
  • Copy type legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain files, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Draft court documents and update case management systems.
  • Handle telephone calls, responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling, and office logistics.
  • Assist with photocopying, document delivery, and other office administration tasks as required.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency within our firm.
