My client are urgently hiring for an experienced administrator to support them on a part time basis with an immediate start. This will be supporting a well known charity in the Dumfries & Galloway area.

This role will start on the 19th February and will likely last for 8 weeks, this will be working on a part time basis Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm, due to the location of this booking you will ideally drive and have access to your own car.

Pay rate is £13.00ph.

You will support my client with:

    • Providing first point of telephone and face-to-face contact
    • Ensuring all staff and visitors sign in and out
    • Dealing with general enquiries, and keeping the reception/entrance area tidy
    • Manage and oversee the maintenance and retention of effective records of all service users
    • Manage and oversee the opening and redirection of incoming and outgoing mail for the
    • Manage and be responsible for producing letters, email correspondence, presentations, reports, photocopying, faxing and printing for the services department
