Our client is looking to speak to candidates who will provide high quality support to our client's project.As an Administrator, you will perform all aspects of administrative tasks.THE ROLE:Some of your responsibilities as an Administrator:

  • You will work effectively and efficiently to support the project team in the preparation, organisation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Assisting team members with tasks relating to the scheduling of regular meetings and recording minutes.
  • Ensure that these tasks are carried out smoothly by assisting with the necessary planning and scheduling.
  • To act as a liaison between the project team and other departments in the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the team. Assist in resolving administrative issues.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • You will have experience in an administrative role, ideally in project administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -With a strong focus on customer service, you should be flexible and adapt well to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency for resolution.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (demonstrated through work experience).
  • IT literate
  • Minute taking skills.
