- Generating / Compiling Paperwork & Job reports to be issued to Clients
- General Administrative duties
- Basic amendments to generic RAMs and Issuing to clients
- Once fully operational managing service stream
- Pulling information from clients portals and inputting into service stream.
- Updating clients portals & loading invoices
- Organise & update internal folders with relevant information
- Previous purchase administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- IT literacy in Microsoft office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines
