We are seeking an experienced administrator to work for our client, a leading IP law firm.

This is a full time Monday to Friday permanent position. The role offers hybrid working 2/3 days from home, 2/3 days working out of their Glasgow office. The position is offering a salary of circa £23,000 plus excellent benefits which include 33 days holiday. The firm offers a fantastic working environment and offers lots of career development/study support and fantastic company wide and team social events.

Duties

  • Working as a part of team to open new cases on the law firms IT system.
  • Receive new client instructions on European Patent matters.
  • Accurately updating electronic records and following written work instructions.
  • Working autonomously to tight deadlines and prioritising work.
  • Communicating with external clients/customers via multiple channels, verbally and through written communication.
  • Obtaining information through websites.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Attorney and client needs are met.
  • Generating quotes for clients and calculating accurate costs.

Requirements

  • 6 months minimum experience of Office Administration work.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
  • Experience dealing with external clients/customers
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with deadline driven work/tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and desire to learn.
