We are working with a leading law firm, who are seeking a EP Validations Administrator to join their EP Validations team in Glasgow on a full-time and permanent basis.

This role will involve providing administrative support to the firm’s clients and EP Validation function. Duties will include:

  • Raising new cases on the system.
  • Noting instructions from clients regarding validations.
  • Liaising effectively with clients and preparing correspondence.
  • Assisting clients with POAs.
  • Preparing and filing important documents.

What skills will you need to be successful? In order to be successful, you will need strong administrative skills and experience, with good communication skills. Additionally, if you have some previous IP experience this could be an advantage, but this is not essential. Those with background of administration within legal, insurance, or accountancy sectors will also be considered.
