Responsibilities within your new role as Office Administrator

  • Greeting visitors professionally and courteously

  • Handling email communications efficiently

  • Liaising with couriers for timely delivery and pick-up of packages

  • Supporting the team with general administrative/data entry tasks as required

  • Performing reception duties including answering calls, directing inquiries, managing the switchboard


Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment or administartive role. You should be proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. A minimum of GCSE/equivalent Mathematics & English is essential, as well as holding adriving licence, and you should have strong MS Office knowledge.
