- Act as a subject matter expert in UK Transfers and associated systems.
- Manage client relationships to uphold SLAs and maintain transparent communication.
- Accurately maintain internal records and systems.
- Respond promptly to queries from front office and client services teams.
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Support the collation of MI data for Transfers In functions and escalate issues as necessary.
