A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator, looking to eventually progress into the role of Paraplanner to join a supportive and growing wealth management organisation based in Glasgow.

In an office setting which enjoys excellent transport links both via rail and motorway, this organisation is looking to invest in your future by providing study support toward your diploma, as well as providing practical report writing learning, development and practical experience.

  • Process new business applications and manage post-sale requests to completion.
  • Undertake and expand on the skillset required of a Paraplanner, including conducting research, preparation of financial reports, and drafting of recommendations.
  • Address client enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
  • Organise client review processes, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and service delivery.
