As a Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will:
- Collaborate with Home Managers and Clinical Leads to develop clinical education programmes.
- Deliver face-to-face training on mandatory skills such as Basic Life Support and Venepuncture.
- Travel to various nursing homes, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
- Maintain and update communication with your line manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders for collaborative learning.
