Are you looking for progression into a lead role where you will have autonomy of the training centre?
This organisation are going through an exciting period of growth. They have recently invested a significant amount of money into its facilities and equipment such as life boat simulators. Their ambitions are to be the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industry by investing heavily into new technology and innovation.
In this role you will be tasked with leading this purpose built training centre. You will be tasked with coaching, mentoring and developing new staff as well as ensure the centre is running to the highest standard. You will also be involved in delivering training course when necessary.
The ideal candidate with have a background in training/ assessing from the gas/ utilities sector and want to move into a lead role.
This is a brilliant role for an experience training or assessor to move into a lead role where you will play a vital role in the companies growth and development.
