Responsibilities:

Create building designs and detailed drawings by hand and CAD.
Complete planning applications.
View building sites and attend client meetings.
Keep within budgets.
Resolve any problems that may arise.
Liaising with clients.

Essential:

Experience/ working knowledge with CAD.

Beneficial:

Revit/ BIM experience.
