Role: CDM Adviser/Principal Designer
Location: Glasgow with Nationwide Travel
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + benefits
Conrad Consulting is excited to be partnering with a well respected property consultancy in their search for a new CDM Adviser/Principal Designer to join their team. This exciting role offers the chance to work alongside senior team members, providing a wide range of CDM support services to a variety of clients across the country. You will have the chance to be part of a well-established team with over 30 years of expertise in CDM compliance.
What you will be doing as a CDM Adviser/Principal Designer
- Creating and reviewing CDM-related paperwork and documents
- Attending team meetings and undertaking site visits
- Providing expert CDM guidance to clients and colleagues
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety guidelines
- Compiling pre-construction information, reviewing construction phase plans, and maintaining health and safety files
What we are looking for from the CDM Adviser/Principal Designer:
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction health and safety
- Familiarity with CDM 2015 Regulations and the responsibilities of designers in construction
- Ability to plan and organise your workload, working independently when required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Drive and ambition to support business growth and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to generate reports and documentation
- A full driver's license and access to your own vehicle
Ideal qualifications:
- NEBOSH General Certificate / Construction qualification
- Design or construction-related qualifications
