Conrad Consulting is excited to be partnering with a well respected property consultancy in their search for a new CDM Adviser/Principal Designer to join their team. This exciting role offers the chance to work alongside senior team members, providing a wide range of CDM support services to a variety of clients across the country. You will have the chance to be part of a well-established team with over 30 years of expertise in CDM compliance.

What you will be doing as a CDM Adviser/Principal Designer

  • Creating and reviewing CDM-related paperwork and documents
  • Attending team meetings and undertaking site visits
  • Providing expert CDM guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety guidelines
  • Compiling pre-construction information, reviewing construction phase plans, and maintaining health and safety files

What we are looking for from the CDM Adviser/Principal Designer:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction health and safety
  • Familiarity with CDM 2015 Regulations and the responsibilities of designers in construction
  • Ability to plan and organise your workload, working independently when required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive and ambition to support business growth and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to generate reports and documentation
  • A full driver's license and access to your own vehicle

Ideal qualifications:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate / Construction qualification
  • Design or construction-related qualifications
