You will be joining a growing architecture practice, established in Carlisle with an office employing over 20 people, as they look to scale into the bustling Glasgow architecture market. They boast an extremely varied portfolio across the commercial, hospitality, residential and community sectors with projects across the UK.They are looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their ever-expanding team, where their employees are valued and people are at the heart of their business.As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be required to:

  • Lead projects on-site.
  • Use AutoCAD to produce architectural designs.
  • Produce technical drawings to a high level.
  • Liaise with contractors and clients where necessary.
  • Oversee projects through RIBA stages 3-5.
  • Manage a high volume of projects.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you:

  • Are highly proficient with AutoCAD.
  • Robust understanding of BIM.
  • Are technically astute and can produce drawings to a high level.
  • Have varied sector experience.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced background.
  • Have experience of job-running and contract administration.
