Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: 37000-42000 (dependant on experience)

I am looking for a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist to join a friendly, well-established team in Glasgow. The RIBA-chartered practice has a strong portfolio, ranging across Healthcare, Education and Hospitality projects. The practice is dedicated to creating sustainable designs and always exceeds clients expectations.

The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have substantial post-qualification experience and strong technical abilities alongside excellent design skills. You will have a proven track record of leading projects from concept through to completion and will feel confident managing teams. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, or a relevant degree
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentor independently
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
