Job Title: Senior Architectural TechnologistLocation: GlasgowSalary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist with significant Revit experience to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in the design and delivery of exciting Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development of landmark projects in the city, working from concept design through to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the technical design process using Revit
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants
- Oversee project documentation and technical drawings
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality
- Manage junior technologists and mentor team members
- Attend site visits and contribute to project coordination meetings
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience in BTR or PBSA schemes is highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience in all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work
