This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading environmental consultancy who have been established for over 10 years and have an excellent reputation in the Asbestos market.
For the chosen Commercial Asbestos Surveyor, my client is offering to put you through the BOHS P403 & P404 qualification to develop your career into a dual role consultant. In addition to this, you will be working on a variety ofmajor commercial sites across the Central Belt Region only.
The chosen candidate will conduct Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across a wide range of Commercial and Industrial sites. You will also need to maintain and develop client relationships whilst out on site and understand all asbestos legislations to keep in line with UKAS accreditation.
The successful Asbestos Surveyor will have:
- BOHS P402 qualified or RSPH3 equivalent
- 2 years of experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Full UK Driving License
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Hardworking and proactive attitude
- Strong working knowledge of HSG:264
