Our client is looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal

Description
- Assist in managing and progressing plot sales transactions from instruction to completion
- Draft, review & prepare key legal documents including contracts, transfers and other relevant documentation
- Liaise with clients, purchasers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient progress of transactions
- Conduct property searches and due diligence
- Maintain & update case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the Partner and the wider team with administrative and legal tasks related to the Developer client's projects
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to plot sales or residential development transactions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
