Meraki Talent are supporting a global investment bank who are looking to appoint a Senior Settlements and Trades professional to join an existing team within Glasgow.  Our client pride themselves on being a leading financial services firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to clients.   Meraki Talent are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join the Securities Trade Processing team, where your expertise in trade operations will directly contribute to their efficiency and success.As a Senior Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of securities trades. This includes end-to-end trade lifecycle management, from trade capture to settlement, and reconciling discrepancies. You’ll work closely with various internal teams and external counterparts, ensuring that all transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.  Key Duties:
  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of securities trades, including trade capture, matching, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (front office, middle office, compliance) and external counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update trade processing systems, providing data integrity and supporting reporting requirements.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within trade operations.
  • Assist with audits, control reviews, and regulatory reporting as needed.
