Account Executive energy / utilities

Our client, a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, are seeking Account Executives to join their business. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of B2B clients in the Energy and Water sectors. Your duties will involve validating invoices, responding to enquiries, facilitating contract transfers and addressing complaints to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities:

• Delivery of invoice validation, queries, contract transfers and portfolio management
• Liaise with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve any client queries quickly 
• Manage client complaints/queries ensuring query resolution procedure is followed
• Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies
• Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan

Skills and experience required:

• Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis 
• Solid analytical skills to absorb complex data around energy tariffs & legislative requirements
• Good administration skills and attention to detail
• Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in MS Word and Outlook
• Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
