The Opportunity?

As a Specialist Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our client's esteemed commercial and corporate clients. Imagine being the go-to person who ensures their needs are met with excellence across various channels, including voice, email, and secure messaging. Your role is pivotal in attracting and retaining high-value customers by fulfilling their servicing requests and supporting internal teams with technical expertise.

What You'll Do

  • You will handle customer interactions with professionalism and care, ensuring every experience is positive and productive.
  • You will assist with transactional banking and digital product services, helping clients navigate and benefit from our client's offerings.
  • Own the Customer Experience by taking charge of resolving requests at the first point of contact and manage hand-offs to back-office and third-party stakeholders, maintaining ownership of the resolution process.
