Key Responsibilities:

• User Requirements & Improvement Identification: Collaborate with users to define requirements or pinpoint areas for improvement within the application.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new features and fixes, ensuring the highest quality and functionality of the application.
• Client Support: Address and resolve client support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Flexible Work Approach: Adapt to shifting priorities and handle a variety of tasks to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaboration & Engagement: Work across different focus areas, recognising that no two days will be the same.

Key Skills and Experience:

• IPS Expertise: Familiarity with IPS, particularly on IPS Cloud or IPS SQL platforms.
• Cashiering Knowledge: Prior cashiering experience, especially with transaction-specific knowledge within the IPS application, is desirable.
• Technological Interest: A keen interest in technology with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with any prior data analysis experience considered an advantage.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
