Machine Operator, East Kilbride, Salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum + Annual Bonus!

Monday to Thursday: 6am to 2.30pm

Friday: 6am to 1.30pm

Machine Operator required to join an esteemed manufacturing company based in East Kilbride. The Machine Operator will be working with a team of highly skilled engineers operating various machines and interpreting mechanical drawings.

Daily Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyse mechanical drawings to accurately determine machining requirements.
Operate conventional horizontal boring machines.
Operate a wide range of machine tools with precision and efficiency.
Utilise prior experience as a machine operator or in a similar role to ensure high-quality production.

Requirements:

Experience reading mechanical drawings.
Skilled in operating machinery.
Extensive experience working as a Machine Operator.
Experience using Horizontal Borer.
Counterbalance forklift license- desirable not essential.
