Your new companyA well known public sector organisation based in Glasgow. Having undergone radical business change within the last decade, IT has formed a critical part of driving efficiency in their day to day operations.This role will form a critical part of their transformation plans, making this an exciting time to join the business. Your new roleAs a Business Analyst, you will analyse requirements for various initiatives within a major transformation project. Your work will involve developing test cases for the project's testing phase based on these requirements. You will also manage dependencies related to the RBAC ownership model and facilitate the onboarding of a future national solution. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Collaborating with various business units to assist in the formulation and validation of functional and technical requirements throughout the project.
  • Establishing Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
  • Creating RBAC roles and permissions for current users.
  • Modelling "As is" and "To be" processes.
  • Conducting gap analysis between the present and desired future states.
  • Drafting project governance documents, including the Stakeholder Matrix and contributing to the Business Case.
  • Leading workshops with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
