Davies is seeking Business Analysts with expertise in Customer Outreach for a 6-month initial contract with a Financial Services business.
The position offers a salary of up to £400 per day, Inside IR35 via Umbrella.
The role requires 2-3 days a week of hybrid working in the office located in Glasgow.
Responsibilities include managing key workstreams, planning mailroom processes, and providing insightful Management Information reports.
Candidates should have relevant experience in customer outreach and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Davies is currently working with a Financial Services business on a new pilot, and they require support in the form of Business Analysts with expertise in Customer Outreach.

Key Details:

- 6 Month initial contract

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage key workstreams and operational processes to ensure smooth project execution.

- Leverage customer outreach experience to plan mailroom processes.

- Develop and deliver insightful Management Information (MI) reports on Excel, providing critical updates and data-driven recommendations.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business areas.
