Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting project stream, focusing on Capital and Financial Regulatory Reporting in an Agile environment.

This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting business objectives and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business, regulatory teams, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements such as user stories for capital and financial regulatory reporting.
  • Evaluate current processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement in alignment with regulatory changes.
  • Work with the team in an Agile environment to design and implement effective regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Attend Squad/Fleet ceremonies providing updates and reporting to Senior Stakeholders and Clients.
  • Drive the optimization of regulatory reporting processes and systems, leveraging industry best practices and technology advancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Familiarity with financial regulatory reporting - Finrep/CoRep
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Project, Vision.
