They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct "as is" requirements gathering to understand current business processes, systems, and pain points.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a mid-sized organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management methodologies.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Jira, BMPN2 or Visio.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
