Job Title: B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Consultant (Multiple Roles Available)
Location: City Centre, Glasgow - Hybrid or Fully Remote
Salary: 28,000+ per annum (DOE) + Excellent OTE (circa 12,000 extra)
Benefits: 32 days holiday + pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am - 5 pm (4 pm Finish on Fridays!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound B2B sales calls / telemarketing
- Generating leads and appointments
- Prioritising quality over quantity to maximise results
Essential Criteria / Key Attributes:
- Outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales experience
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proven track record in a target-driven role
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Passionate, energetic, and client-focused
