Location: London, Liverpool, or GlasgowPermanentDepartment: Product Transformation OfficeA well-established Wealth Management firm is undergoing a period of transformation and is seeking a Senior Transformation Change Analyst to support and shape the governance of business-led change initiatives. Working within the Product Transformation Office (PTO), this role will be instrumental in quality assurance, governance, and business partnering to ensure transformation initiatives are effectively structured and embedded. Unlike a traditional PMO position, this position focuses on requires a hands-on business partnership and coaching, working closely with key stakeholders to drive meaningful change and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.What We're Looking For:Strong experience in transformation governance, portfolio management, or business change within Financial Services.Strong understanding of change management methodologies with the ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.Experience in programme quality assurance, benefits tracking, and risk management.A proactive, adaptable mindset-comfortable working in a changing, evolving environment.Ability to challenge assumptions, drive business engagement, and ensure accountability in transformation initiatives.Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond on an individual basis, if you haven't received a response within 2 weeks it is likely you have not been successful on this occasion.
