Administrator
Location - Cambuslang

Our client are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a long term ongoing temporary basis. This role is very secure and in time there will be opportunities to apply for permanent roles. Working within the team, the successful candidate will be integral to the smooth running of the depot.

Hours - 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Friday. Early finish every Friday at 4.00 pm.

Salary - 12.87 per hour (24,831) + Holiday pay (This rate increases to 13.60 per hour after 6 months (26,234)

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Checking and processing timesheets
  • Updating asset control logs
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Administration support for all areas of the depot
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquires coming into the depot
  • Responding to questions & queries over the phone/ via email
