Due to their continued success, our client is seeking a Building Services Manager to join their established team. With a diverse project portfolio spanning retail, education, healthcare, industrial and much more, they have secured a busy pipeline of work across the Central Belt.

As Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and appointing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating subcontractors, assisting with the management of the commissioning process, and providing technical support to project and design teams on building services matters to ensure the success of all MEPH requirements of the project.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable mechanical and electrical experience within the construction industry, a strong working understanding of M&E principles, practices, and industry standards, and have expert communication skills. A Mechanical Engineering background is preferred but not essential.
