I am currently recruiting for an Interim Director of Maintenance for a Glasgow based Housing Association. The role will be for around 3 months initially however potentially it will go on longer.
The role is to be responsible for the delivery of the repairs service, investment and compliance.
As an interim manager you will
- provide strategic leadership on asset matters and lead on effective procurement
- provide overall management for the repairs service
- liaise with contractors and follow up any issues/complaints
- provide reports for the management committee
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience at a similar level within social housing.
The role will be due to start at the beginning of December.
