CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a leading and rapidly growing private dental group to find a proven and knowledgeable Facilities Manager.

Overview

As the Facilities Manager you will lead the day-to-day operations of 20+ dental clinics, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.

This business is aiming to double in size over the next few years and you would be an integral part of this. As the business grows, so will this role. You will strategically manage maintenance, health & safety, security, external contractors, Budgeting, Capex works and drive ESG. This is a field-based role, focussing on being present at clinics and getting to know your properties.

This being a highly regulated sector means compliance must be best in class. This is something the business is already very successful with and you will champion through your work.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar role within Healthcare is a must!
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar sector.
