Cobalt is working alongside a UK wide property developer who are on the hunt for the next rising star in Facilities Management. Due to exponential growth, our client is seeking a driven Regional Facilities Coordinator to work across 2 sites in Glasgow.

You'll form a crucial part of an established team helping to coordinate the day-to-day running of bustling retail parks and maintaining relationships with all tenants.

?Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with day-to-day running of retail parks across Glasgow.

  • Liaising with the FM team, engineers, and contractors to ensure all works have been completed;

  • Raising purchase orders for works undertaken

  • Assisting with the administration of the FM helpdesk, utilising the helpdesk system

  • Assisting with the arrangement and coordination of contractors' access to site, utilising permit to work system (once relevant training provided)

  • Raising PO's for works undertaken;

  • Completing incident report forms to be reviewed by the Facilities Manager.

  • Our client is looking for someone with established experience in facilities & property coordination/administration, with ability to oversee multiple maintenance orders/works, as well as a track record in raising PO's and quotes.
