As an Employee Benefits Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the client advisers in servicing Group Risk & Healthcare employee benefits arrangements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality scheme support for Group Risk & Healthcare clients.
  • Prepare written reports and correspondence tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with insurers, introducing firms, and other relevant parties.
  • Conduct product research and obtain technical information from insurers.
  • Analyse data to assist advisers in making client recommendations.
  • Ensure client records are accurate, up to date, and managed securely.
  • Support client meetings and handle communications professionally.
  • Track chargeable client work and assist in managing financial aspects such as invoicing and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental requirements.
What We're Looking For

? Experience in employee benefits is essential.? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.? Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to write professional reports.? Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.? A proactive team player who can also work independently.? Relevant professional qualifications are a plus but not essential-we support career development!
