Are you an organised, client-focused professional with a passion for financial services? Our client, a leading IFA firm, is seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to join their established team where they offer a comprehensive range of financial services.

As an IFA Administrator, you'll support their Financial Planners, Personal Assistants, and Paraplanners.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and assisting clients both in-person and over the phone.
  • Managing client information and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Preparing review packs and client letters.
  • Coordinating with providers to gather necessary information.
  • Adhering to best practices and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
