We are working with a brilliant practice in Glasgow who is going through an exciting expansion plan. We are looking for 3 IFA administrators for the team.The IFA Administrator is responsible for providing support to Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.The successful candidate will work within a large team in the Glasgow office.Key Responsibilities
- Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc
- Organising advisers diary
- Managing client reviews/Preparing Meeting Packs
- Preparing of Client Agreements and Agendas
- Drafting Client communications including some Suitability Reports
- Managing post meeting actions
- Delivering support in a profitable manner, making use of existing and new technology
Support of Managing Director;
- Diary management and oversight of inbox
- Managing actions, preparation of meeting agendas and papers
- Working with clients
Experience & Knowledge
- Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
- Cashcalc, FE analytics and Dynamic Planner
- Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers and regulation
