The RoleCustomer Service Team Leader, to manage and support a small team of customer service agents

Purpose of the Role:As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring seamless processing of client orders while delivering unparalleled customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and maintaining our industry-leading customer service offerings for the healthcare professionals and clients we serve.

Key Responsibilities:* Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly planning, optimising resource allocation to ensure team efficiency.* Take charge of activity management to facilitate the completion of outstanding workloads and manual checks.* Act as a subject matter expert in priority areas, setting an example and training/upskilling other team members.* Lead the facilitation and delivery of training and on boarding for new starters.* Develop and implement KPIs and objectives aligned with departmental and business strategies.* Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute innovative ideas.* Demonstrate flexibility to meet departmental and business needs, including diving in to help complete work and responsibilities expected by direct reports when support is needed.
