DRIVER'S MATE

Monday – Friday: Start times between 5:00 AM and 6:00

Day-to-Day Duties

Assisting drivers with deliveries of products to various locations
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
Ensuring timely and secure delivery of products
Providing excellent customer service during each delivery
Following health and safety guidelines consistently

Essential Skills

Physically fit, capable of lifting and moving heavy goods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Punctual and reliable

Desirable Experience

Previous experience as a Driver's Mate or in a delivery environment
Familiarity with the Blantyre area and surrounding road networks
Flexibility to cover extra shifts if needed
Must have own transport or live locally due to early start times
