Chef - Glasgow - Contract - £14+ per hour (with holiday pay on top)

Are you a talented chef looking for dynamic culinary opportunities in the lively city of Glasgow? Would you like the opportunity of having variety in your workplace, where no two days are the same? I am seeking passionate and skilled chefs to join our agency to represent us across high end, diverse hotels and restaurants in the city.

Are you who we're looking for?
* You have proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.
* You are flexible and able to work in different organisational settings whilst adapting to various kitchen environments.
* You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* You are available to work on a temporary basis including evenings, weekends and holidays.

What does the day to day look like?
* Prepare and make delicious dishes in accordance with menu specifications and guest preferences.
* Collaborate with kitchen teams to coordinate meal preparation and service efficiently.
* Maintain high levels of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen area whilst experiencing a diverse range of environments and culinary techniques.
* Adapt to different kitchen environments and procedures across various establishments.
* Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure smooth operation within the kitchen, with the opportunity to network within the hospitality industry.
