Responsibilities Day-to-Day

  • Ensure all kitchen associates are directed clearly and effectively in their duties of delivering food to our guests
  • Ensure associates always follow Topgolf food safety policies and that a high level of cleanliness is enforced.
  • Ensure all health & safety documentation is completed as required
  • Ensuring all dishes are produced in line with company specifications
  • Understanding & communicating allergy awareness effectively
  • Coach and Develop the kitchen team, leading by example and providing a supportive working environment
  • Overseeing & complete weekly food stock ensuring that counts are accurate

What we’re looking for

  • Culinary management experience -2 Years’ experience (Required) as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Level 2 in Food Safety (Required)
  • Experience of operating in a high volume, central menu led environment (Required)
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
  • Strong communication, time management and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
