The Citizen Bar & Dining Rooms is now looking for a talented, passionate Sous Chef to help lead our team in Glasgow city centre.

Competitive package available, with on target earnings up to £42,000 including generous share of tronc gratuities.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in a like for like high quality operation
Possess a genuine passion for cooking.
Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
